A Great Cause

When I married Dave, not only did I inherit a large family I also gained a lot of neices and nephews!  They are all so wonderful in their own way, but today I want to talk about two of them in particular.

Meet Kaylee and Courtney -- two beautiful sisters who happen to have Cystic Fibrosis. 

 

They each have spent a significant amount of time in the hospital and have various daily treatments -- but you would never know by their attitudes, personalities and how active they are!  This is the first year that I will be able to participate on the CF Walk and I am SO excited!  Dave and I have started a little mini-campaign raising money to find a cure -- because we just know that there is one out there just waiting to be discovered.

And I wanted to put some incentive out there for my readers (there is no pressure to donate at ALL!) but the person who donates the MOST to our walk will receive a FREE PORTRAIT SESSION FROM ME!  That's right, totally and completely free.
I will be photographing the walk as well, so I will keep everyone posted on how we are doing with our goal!

Sidenote:  I am shooting a wedding tomorrow, and a FUN session for a girls' 30th birthday on Sunday -- so stay tuned!
