Looking for an Intern!!

Over the past year I have received NUMEROUS requests from people of all ages to learn how I do what I do. Up until now, I didn't really know how to communicate that kind of information! But with some help/support of friends, I decided that an internship would be the perfect solution. I am looking for someone who is organized, learns quickly, and is great with people. So let the search begin! I would like to see some of your work (either on a blog you have started, on Flickr, or some other website), and I would like to hear why you would like to shadow me. It doesn't have to be a novel, but I do want to know your background in photography, etc. You will be coming along with me on shoots, guest blogging and possibly working with me in my home (during the day) learning my workflow and assisting in the office. I haven't decided the term of the internship at this time -- but most likely it will be a couple of weeks. FYI -- this is a non-paying internship, since you will be learning so much!There are a lot of things happening this summer, especially in June, so I will be accepting entries until the end of May. I have pictures on my blog, but I'm curious...do you have to live in your area to do the internship? I'd absolutely LOVE to do it...if I can get the time off from my current job :)

OH REBECCA!!! I would give my left arm to be able to do this!! I just dont know if having 3 little boys it would work. Someone will be very lucky!!
Oooh...the biz is growing! Just tell me when I can put in my 2 weeks :) Seriously though, it's great you're willing to pass on your learnings. You've grown so much and have become an amazing photographer!
I live in Texas but have friends that live in Lees Summit that I could probably stay with, do you happen to live close to Lees Summit? I've also got two new babies being born in my family in KS (one as I type) and another at the end of June, so I'll be coming to KS soon anyway. :) Thanks, Susie
I would LOVE to do it. I know Shannon really appreciated your feedback and learned a lot from you. I don't know if I'll get an entry put together by the end of May, and there's probably others who are much more qualified, but we'll see. If nothing else, I love living vicariously through you. :)
